1. Introduction

Welcome to Accovarao (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our business accounting SaaS platform available at accovarao.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

3. Services

Accovarao provides subscription-based access to our cloud-based accounting software (“Services”). All Services are provided subject to these Terms.

4. Subscription and Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-negotiable. You agree to provide a valid payment method and to keep it current.

All charges are presented in your local currency equivalent at the time of billing.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

For our subscription Services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods already billed, as we allocate resources to deliver continuous access. However, you may transfer your subscription to another individual or entity by contacting our support team.

5.2 Information Products

Downloads of e-books, guides, and training materials are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

For any physical merchandise purchased through Accovarao, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain advisory or custom implementation Services may explicitly state that no refunds are available. Such clauses will be communicated before purchase. No-refund Services are priced to reflect the upfront allocation of personnel and resources.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accovarao shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
